Can I use EOFY on already-discounted items?
Yes — the EOFY code applies sitewide, including on any items already on sale. The only exception is the Complete Urea Care Set bundle, which is already priced at a $56 saving.
I’m a wholesale customer — does EOFY apply to me?
Wholesale customers receive a separate, deeper EOFY offer by email. Check your inbox for your dedicated code, or get in touch if it hasn’t arrived. Because the codes are different, please apply the wholesale code rather than EOFY at checkout.
How fast does shipping go out?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a weekday ship the same day. We use Australia Post Express on orders over $80; standard tracked otherwise. Most metro orders arrive in 2-3 business days.
